CNHM is pleased to invite you to our monthly Reiki 2 Meet on Sunday at 9.00am to noon.

Schedule:

  1. Physical & Breathing exercises, smudging.
  2. Guided Meditation
  3. Reiki practices
  4. Food for the Soul – Study Session

Kindly be present at 8:30 am sharp.
