Reiki is among the most widely opted complementary medicine in the world, thanks to its simplicity and effectiveness in the treatment of wide range of physical and emotional imbalances. Being the easiest healing method to learn, Reiki has attracted millions of people across the Globe from different cultural, religious and professional backgrounds. Students, housewives, executives, massage therapists, nursing staffs and doctors – all find Reiki a simple way to heal and harmonize physical and emotional imbalances including stress, anger and irritability.

The first initiation opens the energy channel and permits the student to channel Reiki, both for himself and for others. It consists of one initiation in the Usui Tibetan system. After the initiation, the student may note a subtle energy flowing through his hands. This level is open to anyone. No previous experience or preparation is required. It is usually taught in over two days. The initiation connects the student’s energy system to the Universal Energy. Energy blockages are released and the major energy centres known as chakras are balanced. At the end of the Reiki level 1 , you will be able to

• Know the history of Reiki, understand how the Reiki Healing technique works and explain Reiki to someone who is unfamiliar with the system.
• Deliver effective Reiki treatments for yourself and others, including your pets.
• Use Reiki to improve your physical, emotional, mental health, finance and relationships.
• Understand the functions of the chakras, the aura, the energy channels and how they are connected to our physical, emotional and mental well being.
• Scan the chakra centers of the person receiving treatment and perceive areas of reduced vitality flow.
• Understand Karma and the Five Reiki principles.
• Discover shielding and disconnecting techniques and more to protect yourself.
• Know how to give Reiki to yourself and to others and the different hand positions.
• Learn the powerful Pink Light Meditation and Chakra Healing Meditations.

Pre-requisite: 3 days vegetarian diet prior to the course.
