Description

A special 4 days fun and educative class for children between 7-12 years old aimed at assisting children to develop the foundations for healthy living, positive character building and creative expression.

Children will be introduced to the benefits of right thoughts & right action and learn values and virtues such as loving kindness, respect and forgiveness. They will be guided to

• Send positive thoughts and blessings to their family, friends and the whole world
• Follow healthy lifestyle with simple physical and breathing exercises.

The children will also be given the opportunity to be work on creative projects through

• Fabric painting
• Block painting
• Tie & dyeing
• Origami making

The class is designed in a simple way full of stories, fun & craft activities.

Date: Monday 4th, Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th & Friday 8th, December 2023

Time: 9am-noon
