Be the Yudhisthira
Emotional stability and clarity are manifestation of spiritual development… You have to be courageous on the spiritual path.
Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui
Golden Sutras on spiritual practice
In the great epic of Mahabharata, the eldest among the Pandavas is called Yudhisthira. In Sanskrit Yudh means war, and Sthira is steady or stable. So Yudhishtira is the ‘one who is steady in war.’ This is an apt title for an Arhatic Yogi who is emotionally stable,
courageous and has clarity at all times.
The spiritual path is for the brave ones. It is no wonder that many great spiritual Masters were portrayed as warriors. This is not to incite anyone for war, but to explain the nature of the spiritual path. Surely the spiritual path is not for people in search of comfort and solace but for brave seekers who desire to be of greater service to mankind. In
‘The Origin of modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga’, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui has stated that: “The purpose of Arhatic Yoga is to produce intelligent, compassionate, good hearted, powerful disciples who will become great Divine servants to accelerate the evolutionary development of the soul, so that a person may be of greater service to mankind and the planet earth.” This statement clearly spells out the qualities needed to make meaningful contribution to the world.
